As the Director of the Estate & Financial Planning Services, Alisa develops integrated financial and estate planning strategies for our high net-worth clients and advises them on a wide range of income, estate and gift tax issues and retirement planning and goals.

Prior to joining Boston Financial Management in 2015, Alisa served as Trust Counsel at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust, LLC. Previously, she practiced in the probate and estate tax practice at Cushing & Dolan, P.C. and was an Estate Settlement Officer at U.S. Trust, Company and its predecessor firm, State Street Bank & Trust Company.

Alisa received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Midwestern State University and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Alisa earned her designation as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor from the Institute of Certified Bankers.

As the Director of Wealth Planning, Kathy is responsible for developing integrated estate planning and wealth management strategies for clients.

Before joining Boston Financial Management in 2016, Kathy served as Director of Planning for Emerson Investment Management and as a Wealth Strategist at U.S. Trust Private Wealth Management and the former State Street Global Advisors. She also practiced in the trusts and estates department of Choate, Hall & Stewart.

Kathy is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor, and was a member of the Boston College Law Review. She is also a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College. In 2018, Kathy was awarded the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils in recognition of both her experience in and her interdisciplinary approach to estate planning.

As the Director of Fiduciary Services, Amy is a responsible for the oversight of Boston Fiduciary Services, LLC, an independent professional trustee that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Financial Management. In addition, Amy chairs the Fiduciary Committee and works with clients to implement trust, estate, and financial plans.

Before joining Boston Financial Management in 2012, Amy was a Senior Trust and Fiduciary Specialist at Wells Fargo Private Bank. She has held senior positions at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management and its predecessor firm, State Street Bank Private Asset Management, as well as J.M. Forbes & Co.

Amy is a graduate of St. Olaf College and holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Radcliffe Institute at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.

As the Estate and Financial Planning and Fiduciary Services Associate, Kristina provides support to the Director of
Estate and Financial Planning, the Director of Wealth Planning, and the Director of Fiduciary Services. She assists with reviewing estate plans and
drafting financial plans for clients and is the administrative coordinator and secretary of the firm’s Fiduciary Committee.

Prior to joining Boston Financial Management, Kristina worked at Rubin and Rudman LLP in the trusts and estates department as an Estate Planning and Administration Assistant.

Kristina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Clemson University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2015, where she served as Co-Director of Student Concerns for the Student Bar Association, and was a member and mentor for the Women’s Law Association.
