Boston Financial Management announces the appointment of Louis Crosier as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 3, 2021.

With this appointment, Crosier will succeed Mike Brown who has led BFM since 2009. Mike will now assume the role of Vice-Chairman/Managing Director, where he will focus on business development, acquisitions, and recruiting the top wealth management talent to join the firm.

Crosier has over 20 years of wealth management experience, most recently as President of Wellesley Investment Partners until they were acquired last year by Cambridge Trust Company. Louis attended Dartmouth where he pursued a double major in psychology and French literature. He received his Master’s in Education from Harvard and a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth’s Tuck School. Louis began his wealth management career at Goldman Sachs. In 2002, he joined Windward Investment Management as Principal and subsequently Managing Principal. Windward was acquired by Charles Schwab Corporation in 2010.

“We are excited to have Louis join the team to propel the mission and vision of Boston Financial Management. We are confident Louis’s expertise will lead BFM into its next phase of growth and success,” said Richard H. Morse, Chairman, and Founder of BFM.

“I am thrilled to join this dynamic team and look forward to continuing to build upon the strong foundation they have established. The dedication I witnessed during the search process was inspiring, and I am certain together we can help the firm continue to grow and succeed,” added Crosier.
