Boston Financial Management, LLC has expanded its reach by opening an office in Portland, Maine, in addition to its Boston, Mass location. Leading the Portland office is Abby Psyhogeos, a Wealth Manager and Managing Director of the firm. 

Psyhogeos, a Yarmouth, ME resident, is joined by Maine Native, Associate Wealth Manager, Katie Exchange. As a team, and with the depth and expertise of their colleagues in Boston, Abby and Katie work with individuals and multi-generational families to help them achieve their investment and wealth management goals.

Since joining BFM in June 2018, it has been a priority for Abby to offer Maine and Northern NH clients the unique experience of having the personal touch of a local boutique office with the backing of a larger established firm. Expanding client reach to Portland made perfect sense for BFM, with Abby and Katie bringing the same quality of care to the design of the office as they do to their client portfolios.

Abby Psyhogeos has over 30 years of high-net-worth and trust management experience serving as Managing Director and President at Bainco International Investors and Senior Client Advisor at F.L Putnam. Her community and charitable involvement include Chairman of Neurological Advisory Board and President’s Advisory Council at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Treasurer and Board Member at MTH Foundation (2006-2018), Board of Trustees at Bowdoin College (2009-2012) and Junior Achievement of Maine.

Recently promoted from Client Service Associate to Associate Wealth Manager, Katie Exchange has been providing support to clients, their accountants and attorneys for five years. She is currently enrolled in courses to become a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®). Prior to BFM Katie was an Account Officer at F.L. Putnam Investment Management. Her community and charitable involvement include Dream Factory of Maine and Junior Achievement of Maine.
