BFM Volunteers!
September 6, 2017
Thanks to the generosity of Boston Financial Management, four employees were able to transform the playroom at Heading Home’s Economic Mobility Center in Dorchester, MA.
Countless toys and decorations were donated by both individual employees and the firm. The playroom offers a safe space for Boston-area children to play and learn, while parents are utilizing the services offered at the Economic Mobility Center, including job training and placement, life-skills development, financial literacy classes, and asset development.
BFM volunteers: Stacey Walsh, Elizabeth Pedersen, Kristin Vespucci-Case and Marjon Tondravi.
Heading Home provides emergency, transitional and permanent housing, and supports low-income homeless and formerly homeless families and individuals in the communities of Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Everett, Quincy, Chelsea and Revere.
