Position: Document Management Administrator

The mission for the Document Management Administrator is to ensure all relevant paper documents are scanned and cataloged in Boston Financial Management’s document management system. This will be a part-time position with the Document Management Administrator working between 10 – 16 hours per week.

Outcomes:

  1. Become fully proficient on our document management software within 30 days from start date.
  2. Accurately scan and catalog all relevant paper documents into our document management software.
  3. Complete the scanning and cataloging of all backlogged files prior to June 30, 2018.

Other Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience with and ability to accurately identify investment management, custodian, broker and trust documents.
  • Adept in working with technology – i.e. document management software, Microsoft office software, etc.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be competitive with similar positions in the market.
