As Co-Chief Planning Officer, Alisa develops integrated financial and estate planning and tax strategies for our high net-worth clients and advises them on a wide range of income, estate and gift tax issues and retirement planning and goals.

​Alisa joined Boston Financial Management in 2015 from Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust, LLC, where she served as Trust Counsel. Prior to that, she practiced in the Probate and Estate Tax Practice at Cushing & Dolan, P.C. and was an Estate Settlement Officer at U.S. Trust, Company and its predecessor firm, State Street Bank & Trust Company.

Alisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Midwestern State University and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. She earned her designation as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor from the Institute of Certified Bankers. In 2018, Alisa was awarded the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils in recognition of both her experience in and her interdisciplinary approach to estate planning. Also in 2018, she earned her designation as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®).

As Co-Chief Planning Officer, Kathy is responsible for developing integrated estate planning and wealth management strategies for clients.

Kathy joined Boston Financial Management in 2016 from Emerson Investment Management, where she served as Director of Planning. Prior to that, she was a Wealth Strategist at U.S. Trust Private Wealth Management and the former State Street Global Advisors. Kathy also practiced in the Trusts and Estates Department of Choate, Hall & Stewart.

Kathy is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor, and was a member of the Boston College Law Review. She is also a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College. In 2018, Kathy was awarded the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils in recognition of both her experience in and her interdisciplinary approach to estate planning.

As an Estate and Financial Planning Associate, Kristina provides support to the Co-Chief Planning Officers. She assists with reviewing estate plans and drafting financial plans for clients and is the administrative coordinator and secretary of the firm’s Fiduciary Committee.

Kristina joined Boston Financial Management in 2018 from Rubin and Rudman LLP where she was the Estate Planning and Administration Assistant in the Trusts and Estates department.

Kristina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clemson University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2015, where she served as Co-Director of Student Concerns for the Student Bar Association and was a member and mentor for the Women’s Law Association.

As an Estate and Financial Planning Associate, Lindsy provides support to the Co-Chief Planning Officers. In doing so, she works closely with the wealth managers and their clients to review estate documents and to provide financial plans based on client goals.

Lindsy joined Boston Financial Management in 2018 as a Client Service Associate before transitioning to the Estate and Financial Planning team. Previously, she was a Client Service Associate at Athena Capital Advisors. Lindsy has many years’ experience working directly with client’s and servicing any account needs. She also has supported a vast amount of wealth managers as well as relationship managers.

Lindsy graduated from Westfield State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She continued her education and received her certificate from Boston University’s Financial Planning program.

Personal Interests

Lindsy enjoys any activity that can be done outdoors, especially running on the shore in Gloucester. She is also a complete foodie and loves trying out any new spots around town.
