Client Service & Operations
As the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Client Service, Charlie is responsible for day-to-day operations and executing the firm’s strategy. He oversees the client service associates, who provide support to Boston Financial Management’s portfolio managers and direct support to clients. As Chief Compliance Officer, Charlie administers the compliance program and keeps the firm informed of all pertinent regulatory matters.
Charlie joined Boston Financial Management in 2014 after seven years at State Street Bank and Trust, where he held various positions, most recently as the Assistant Vice President in their wealth manager services division.
Charlie is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College with a B.S. in Business Administration and received his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

As the Director of Technology, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the firm’s infrastructure activities, network, and data security as well as maintaining data integrity in the firm’s back office and client reporting systems.
Kristin joined Boston Financial Management in 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and wealth management field. Before joining Boston Financial Management, she held several roles at Emerson Investment Management, including Administration Director and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Emerson, Kristin was a Statistical Performance Analyst with Putnam Investments.

As a Client Service Associate, Mary-Ann is responsible for providing comprehensive and attentive service to clients through on-going support and communications. She prepares reporting materials, executes requests for capital, and coordinates all other matters involving client accounts.
Mary-Ann joined Boston Financial Management in 2016 from Emerson Investment Management. She has 22 years of experience assisting portfolio managers and attending to client needs in the financial services arena. She served as the Compliance and Operations Officer at Heritage Capital Management and as an Operations Manager at Penobscot Investment Management Company.
Mary-Ann enjoys walking and running with the family dogs, kayaking, vegan cooking, and traveling to visit her family’s young Naval Officer, wherever he may be stationed!
As a Client Service Associate, Rosalie delivers comprehensive service to clients by attending to their account management needs. Working closely with the portfolio managers, she prepares reporting materials, executes requests for capital, and coordinates any additional matters related to their accounts.
Rosalie joined Boston Financial Management from Emerson Investment Management in 2016. Prior to joining Emerson in 2004, she spent six years at Delta Financial Management Corporation. There, she focused on client service, operations, corporate accounting, and portfolio management support.
She is a graduate of the Boston Business School.

Rosalie enjoys gardening, walking, going to the gym and knitting.
As a Client Service Associate, Tim is responsible for providing support to the portfolio managers, serving as a point of contact for clients, assisting with special projects, and providing account administration.
Tim joined Boston Financial Management in 2015. Prior to that, Tim spent four years at State Street Bank & Trust Company, with his most recent position being a Client Service & Operations Manager.
Tim graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth with a B.S. degree in Finance. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Finance at Suffolk University and studying towards the CTFA certification.
Tim enjoys attending Boston sporting events, listening to live music, and spending time with his family’s dogs.
As the Client Service Administrator, Daisy provides direct support to the Client Service team and assists the team in servicing client accounts and fulfilling client requests.
Daisy joined Boston Financial Management in 2016 as the Office Coordinator. Prior to that, she held administrative positions at Emerson Investment Management and a Boston area search firm.
Daisy received a B.S. degree from Lesley University.
Daisy enjoys attending Celtics games, fitness, and cruise travel.
As a Client Service Associate, Charlotte provides support to the Director of Fiduciary Services and portfolio managers. She serves as a point of contact for clients and works closely with accountants, insurance agents, and attorneys to provide holistic wealth management services to clients. Charlotte also assists in the implementation of firm-wide fiduciary projects and is responsible for account administration.
Charlotte joined Boston Financial Management in 2012. She has over 20 years of experience as a Trust Administrator and Client Relationship Officer in the Private Wealth Management divisions of Wells Fargo, U.S. Trust, and Fleet Boston. Previously, she was an Administrative Assistant with Foley Hoag, LLP for six years in their Trust & Estates group.
As a Client Service Associate, Emily provides support to the portfolio managers in all aspects of administration on assigned accounts. She works closely with clients as their point of contact and is also a liaison between clients and their portfolio manager. She is responsible for working on account-specific special projects and client presentations.
Emily joined Boston Financial Management in 2013. Prior to joining Boston Financial Management, she was a Trust Administrative Specialist at Ropes & Gray, LLP. She has an extensive background in investments, banking, and trust administration.
Emily earned a B.A. degree in Sociology from Saint Anselm College. She has completed Cannon Financial Institute Trust School and is working on her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor recognition.
Emily enjoys skiing and spending time on Cape Cod.
As a Client Service Associate, Doug provides support to the portfolio managers, serves as a point of contact for clients, and is responsible for account administration. He also handles proxies and class actions, oversees money movement, and serves as the Senior Equity Trader.
Doug joined Boston Financial Management in 2008. Since joining the firm, he has held various positions in client service, operations and trading. Currently, Doug is part of the ETF Committee.
Prior to joining Boston Financial Management, Doug was a Senior Client Service Administrator with State Street Bank & Trust. Doug also held client service positions at JP Morgan Investor Services as well as in the insurance industry.
Doug earned his B.A. degree at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. He is also a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School and has earned his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.

As an Operations Associate, Marjon is responsible for the day-to-day operations, and providing support internally to the portfolio managers and client service team.
Prior to joining Boston Financial Management, she was the Supervisor of the Operations team at Longvue Advisors. Her experience with Longvue Advisors also included three years as a Client Service Associate. She worked as a Client Service Specialist with State Street Bank for four years before going on to Longvue Advisors.
Marjon earned a B.A. degree in Marketing and International Business at Merrimack College.
Marjon enjoys traveling, volunteering with The Soi Dog Foundation, and spending time with her four rescue dogs.
As a Client Service Associate, Stacey provides support to portfolio managers and serves as a point of contact for clients and their accountants and attorneys. Stacey is responsible for daily account maintenance and administration.
Stacey joined Boston Financial Management in 2011 as the Client Service Administrator and quickly transitioned to the Client Service Associate role.
Stacey earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. She is in the process of taking classes at Cannon Financial Institute Trust School to earn her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.
Stacey enjoys sports, playing the guitar, traveling to different parts of the world, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
